2. Description of Service CMSB2B Pro is a SaaS platform designed for B2B businesses to manage customer follow-ups, send catalogs, and process quotes and orders.

3. Subscriptions and Payments No Free Tier: CMSB2BPro does not offer a free version of the Service. Access is granted only through paid subscription plans. Billing: All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.Promotions: Ofmar Systems may offer special promotions or trial periods from time to time at its sole discretion. These promotions are subject to specific terms and may be modified or terminated without notice.

4. Intellectual Property and Feedback Ownership: All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service (excluding customer data) are and will remain the exclusive property of Ofmar Systems.User Feedback: If you provide any ideas, suggestions, or feedback regarding the Service, you agree that Ofmar Systems may use such ideas without any restriction or compensation to you.

5. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Ofmar Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Governing LawThese terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

El acceso se otorga únicamente a través de planes de suscripción pagados.Facturación: Todas las tarifas no son reembolsables, a menos que la ley exija lo contrario.Promociones: Ofmar Systems podrá ofrecer promociones especiales o periodos de prueba de vez en cuando a su entera discreción. Estas promociones están sujetas a términos específicos y pueden modificarse o terminarse sin previo aviso.

4. Propiedad Intelectual y ComentariosPropiedad: Todos los derechos, títulos e intereses en y para el Servicio (excluyendo los datos del cliente) son y seguirán siendo propiedad exclusiva de Ofmar Systems.Comentarios del Usuario: Si usted proporciona ideas, sugerencias o comentarios sobre el Servicio, acepta que Ofmar Systems podrá utilizar dichas ideas sin ninguna restricción ni compensación para usted.
